Questions
- Is there a trial?
No. The free plan is how you try Nimbli, and it isn't a trial that ends.
- Who can upgrade?
A team's owners, from the team's Team page. Pro belongs to the team, not to a person, so everyone in the team gets the room. If you're an editor, ask an owner.
- What happens if we stop paying?
If you cancel, on the Team page, Pro stays until the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for about two weeks, and Pro stays meanwhile. Either way, the team then goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted and every link keeps working. Links on a custom domain work as before for 30 days. After that, visitors see a Nimbli page showing where the link goes, with a Go to this page button, so printed codes still reach their pages.
Back on the free plan, a team with 25 links or more can't add another until it has fewer. A team with 3 people or more can't invite anyone until it has fewer, and open invitations count as people.
- Can I get a refund?
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the team's first payment and we refund everything you paid, tax included, and end the subscription. We don't refund the rest of a paid period when you cancel.
- Who takes the payment?
Stripe. On your bank statement the charge may show as Link: that's Stripe's checkout, not another company. Stripe is the seller: it charges you, works out any tax and sends the receipt. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe may show them in your local currency. Your payment details go to Stripe, never to Nimbli.
- Will the price change?
If we change Pro's price or what it includes, we email the team's owners first. The change applies from the first renewal that is at least 30 days after that email, and you can cancel before then.
- Can we take our links with us?
Yes. Download your team's links as a CSV file from Account at any time, on Free or Pro.
Stopping Pro deletes nothing. But if you're the only person in a team and delete your account, the team and its links are deleted, so QR codes printed with them stop working.
- Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on Pro: up to 2 per team, as a name in front of your domain, such as go.yourcafe.com. An owner connects one on the team's Custom domains page by adding one DNS record where the domain is managed. Every link also keeps its ni.run address, such as ni.run/K3vNp0s, which keeps working if anything happens to the domain. Links on a custom domain work as before for 30 days. After that, visitors see a Nimbli page showing where the link goes, with a Go to this page button, so printed codes still reach their pages.
