A service page instead of yours. ## What happened to your code QR Code Generator PRO starts with a 14-day free trial, and its pricing page lists no free plan. Its help center says what happens when the trial expires: dynamic QR codes "are deactivated and point to a service page rather than the original destination". Static codes "continue to work". [Its help article](https\://support\.qr\-code\-generator\.com/hc/en\-us/articles/7665046137613) was read on November 7, 2026. So the code you printed during the trial is not broken. It holds an address on the service's own website, and that website now sends people to its service page instead of yours. ## Already printed? A code printed with the service's link can only be brought back by you, on its side. Nimbli can't take over a code printed with another service's link, and neither can anyone else: only the company that owns the address can change where it goes. The help center says: "You can upgrade your account at any time… When you upgrade, you can reactivate your Dynamic QR Codes". Its cheapest plan is Starter, $119.88 a year ($9.99 a month, billed annually), with 2 dynamic codes; its pricing page also offers Starter paid monthly. Advanced is $227.88 a year with 50 dynamic codes. If you have only a few codes printed, upgrading is the quickest fix. If the print run is small, or is due for a reprint anyway, reprinting is the other way out. ## Reprint it on a link that stays on Make the new code on Nimbli, test it with your phone, and print it where the old one was. If the old one is on something you can't reprint, a sticker with the new code over it works too.
