## What a dynamic QR code is

A dynamic QR code holds a short link, such as `ni.run/menu`, instead of your final address. Someone scans it, and the short link sends them on to the page you chose. A café, for example, points the code on its tables at the summer menu, then at the autumn menu on October 1.

It is worth it if you pass 25 links, work with more than 3 people, or want your own address on your codes. If none of that is you, the free plan is enough.
